Balanced mind in a balanced body
METHOD
The Rehab Method was developed by Victoria Moran a physical therapist in NYC. She is an alum of the Hospital for Special Surgery where she completed a sports physical therapy residency during that time she worked on and off the field treating patients. She was also able to observe, collaborate and co-treat with the top orthopedic surgeons in the country. She observed and co-treated patients weekly with Dr. Edward Craig orthopedic surgeon specializing in the shoulder.
During this time Victoria also saw how many people came in from sports related injuries, as well as other exercise groups, classes etc. She has had numerous injuries and understands the frustration that goes along with it.
Victoria's passion is to help people by educating and training them in a safe environment to return to all activities they love.

I developed 'The Rehab Method' out of a necessity to get clients in line to be stronger and healthier with returning to an enviroment that is safe.
